现代化市场经济体制下,企业要想实现可持续化发展目标,就必须抓住市场机遇进行管理改革。为此供电企业在财务管理工作中开始实行集约化管理模式,这是供电企业优化资源分配结构、实现企业经济效益不断增长的主要途径与方式。通过集约化管理企业分权管理格局正式结束,本文对此进行如下分析旨在为业界人士提供一定的参考。
Under the modern market economy system, in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development, enterprises must seize the market opportunity to carry out management reform. To this end, power supply enterprises start to implement intensive management mode in their financial management work. This is the main way and mode for the power supply enterprises to optimize the resource allocation structure and realize the continuous growth of the enterprise’s economic benefits.
