种子处理是育苗前的重要工作,是育苗成败的关键之一。我场自1956年以来,改坑槽法为高床晾晒法进行种子催芽,经几年实践,效果较好。其方法: 一、精选种子。在种子处理前,用簸箕或水精选一次,除去破损、腐烂、虫蛀的种子及夹杂物。二、种子消毒。用0.5%的高锰酸钾或3%的硫酸铜溶液浸种30—40分钟,捞出再堆积消毒2小时,然后用清水洗两次。三、浸泡种子(浸种)。经清洗后的种子放在25—30℃温水缸里,浸泡48—72小时(即二至三昼夜),使种子充分吸取水膨胀。四、种子混沙晾晒。把浸完的种子用两份
