针对掘进工作面瓦斯动态涌出的影响因素问题,重点分析了瓦斯动态涌出与掘进工艺的关系。统计分析了冀中能源股份有限公司东庞矿十二采区回风巷瓦斯浓度时间序列数据,编制Matlab程序,利用统计学分析方法,建立瓦斯动态涌出数据处理模型。结果表明,不同掘进工艺下,瓦斯涌出规律存在明显差异,其中打钻作业、掘进作业对工作面瓦斯浓度影响较大。
In view of the influencing factors of gas dynamic gushing in tunneling face, the relationship between gas dynamic gushing and tunneling technology is analyzed emphatically. The time series data of gas concentration in the return air duct of 12th mining area in East Pang Mine of Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd. were statistically analyzed. The Matlab program was compiled and the data processing model of dynamic gas emission was established by statistical analysis. The results show that there are significant differences in gas emission law under different tunneling technologies. Among them, drilling and heading operations have a significant impact on gas concentration in the working face.
