本文研究了在HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,在钒的存在下 ,BSA与DBPIF的显色反应 ,建立了一个灵敏度高、简便、快速测定微量BSA的分光光度法。络合物的吸光度与试剂空白的吸光度差值的最大处的波长为 5 5 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.6 0 1× 10 6 L/ (mol·cm) ,有色络合物稳定 1h以上 ,BSA的含量在 30~ 5 0 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律。该法用于测定微量BSA ,结果令人满意
In this paper, the color reaction of BSA with DBPIF in HAc-NaAc buffer solution in the presence of vanadium was studied. A spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of trace BSA with high sensitivity and simplicity. The maximum wavelength of the difference between the absorbance of the complex and the reagent blank is 550 nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.6 × 10 6 L / (mol · cm), the colored complex is stable for 1 h or more, The content of BSA conforms to Beer’s law in the range of 30 ~ 50 μg / 25mL.
