从油菜籽中提取了硫苷，收率为原料的０．２４％－０．３％，经综合光谱解析结果证实，该提取物为２－羟基－３－丁烯基硫苷．将其用于室内杀钉螺试验，测得ＬＣ５０值为２８．４３±ｌ．３８ｍｇ／Ｌ。
The glucosinolates were extracted from rapeseed and the yield was 0.24% -0.3% of the raw materials. The results of comprehensive spectral analysis confirmed that the extract was 2-hydroxy-3-butenyl glucosinolate. It was used for indoor kill snail test, measured LC50 value of 28.43 ± l. 38mg / L.
