土豆是制备食用菌母种培养基的主要原料,但是由于土豆不易保存,特别是在非产区不易购到土豆,且长期采用这种培养基,菌丝易衰老、退化。为此,我们采用小麦煮水代替土豆液汁制备母种培养基,接入平菇、木耳等菌种,菌丝生长浓密、整齐、粗壮.平菇菌丝5~7天、木耳菌丝10天左右长满斜面。
