深部厚煤层破裂后的体积膨胀产生的“应力集中”易造成大范围的冲击。唐口煤矿5304工作面煤层厚、埋深近千米,其煤层及其顶板均具有冲击倾向性。从改变或消除引起冲击地压的主导因素角度出发,提出了冲击地压的4个治理原则:降低、转移、避开和抵消应力条件;提前释放能量;消除物质条件;控制诱发因素。采用区域解危减震措施与局部解危减震措施相结合的冲击地压防治技术,降低、改变或消除引起冲击地压的主导因素并进行了效果检验,有效保证了5304工作面的安全回采。
The “stress concentration” caused by the volume expansion after the deep thick seam ruptures can easily cause a wide range of impacts. The coal seam of 5304 face of Tangkou Coal Mine is thick and has a depth of nearly 1000 meters. The coal seam and its roof have the impact tendency. From the point of view of changing or eliminating the leading factor of rock burst, the paper puts forward four governance principles of rock burst: reducing, transferring, avoiding and eliminating stress conditions; releasing energy ahead of time; eliminating material conditions; and controlling the triggering factors. By adopting the technology of rock burst control combined with the solution of the regional solution of the hazard and the solution of the partial solution of the hazard, the effective measures to reduce, change or eliminate the dominant factor causing the rock burst are validated to ensure the safe recovery of the 5304 face .
