1975年海城7.3级地震曾成为举世瞩目的事件。据统计,从1975年9月至1982年9月的七年时间里,先后有28个国家的35个团次共133位外国专家学者考察过海城地震现场。本文以下述的七个小标题概括汇编了国际地震学界对海城地震预报的反映:1.“我的猜疑消除了”;2.“一次成功的地震预报”;3.“前震群对预报海城地震具有特殊意义”;4.“地壳形变为预报提供了最早的线索”;5.“地下水异常对预报起了重要作用”;6.“动物异常在海城地震预报中开阔了科学家的眼界”;7.“地震预报还要走一段漫长的路”。
The Haicheng earthquake of magnitude 7.3 in 1975 has become a world-renowned event. According to the statistics, from September 1975 to September 1982, 133 foreign experts and scholars from 35 delegations in 28 countries visited the Haicheng earthquake site. In this paper, the following seven subheadings summarize the international seismological community on Haicheng earthquake prediction: 1. “My suspicion was eliminated”; 2. “A successful earthquake prediction”; 3. “Pre-earthquake swarm prediction of the sea City earthquake has special significance ”; 4.“ The earliest clues of crustal deformation for forecasting ”; 5.“ Groundwater anomalies play an important role in forecasting ”; 6.“ Animal anomalies broaden the horizons of scientists in Haicheng earthquake prediction ”; 7.“ Earthquake prediction is still going a long way. ”
