晚近的研究提出,血小板和冠状血管内皮相互作用取决于血小板产生的血栓素 A_2(TXA_2)与血管内皮产生的前列腺素 I_2(PGI_2)之间的平衡。推想在严重狭窄的冠状血管中,血小板和红细胞的聚集和解离会导致周期性血流减少现象,即血流进行性减低后又突然地及通常自发性地出现血流恢复。本实验旨在评价选择性血栓素(TX)合成酶抑制剂 Da-zoxiben(UK-37-248)对于实验性狗冠状血管狭窄导致的冠状循环周期性血流减少(CFRs)和血小板聚集的作用。
Recent research suggests that platelet-coronary endothelial interactions depend on the balance between thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) produced by platelets and prostaglandin I 2 (PGI 2) produced by vascular endothelium. It is hypothesized that in severely stenosed coronary vessels, aggregation and dissociation of platelets and erythrocytes result in a periodic reduction in blood flow that occurs abruptly and often spontaneously, after a progressive decrease in blood flow. This experiment aimed to evaluate the effect of the selective thromboxane synthase inhibitor Da-zoxiben (UK-37-248) on coronary blood flow reduction (CFRs) and platelet aggregation induced by experimental coronary stenosis in dogs .
