职业技能竞赛检验着中职学校职业教育的质量和办学水平,推动了职业教育的深化改革。各级各类技能竞赛如火如荼地举行,学校重视技能竞赛成绩,教师忙于应付技能竞赛辅导,学生参与技能竞赛而忽视自身的全面发展。本文立足本校实际,面对技能竞赛产生的一些不足,从学校和教师的角度认为应该加强自我修炼,达到以赛促教,以赛促改。
Vocational skills competition test vocational education in vocational schools and the quality of running a school, and promote the deepening reform of vocational education. Skill competitions at all levels held in full swing, the school attaches importance to skills competition results, teachers are busy coping skills competition counseling, students participate in skills competitions and ignore their full development. Based on the actual situation in our university, facing some shortcomings caused by skill competition, we think that we should strengthen self-cultivation from the perspectives of schools and teachers, reach the goal of promoting education through competition and reforming through competition.
