目的 :观察开链、闭链测试对屈伸膝肌等速测试的影响 ,为闭链在临床上进一步应用提供理论依据。方法 :利用BIODEX多关节等速测试和康复系统及其提供的闭合链附件 ,对比观察开链、闭链测试对健康男性屈伸膝肌等速测试的影响 ,比较了峰力矩 (PT)、相对峰力矩 (PT/BW)、到达峰力矩的时间 (TPT)、总功 (TW)、相对总功 (TW/BW)和平均功率 (AP) ,用配对t检验对结果进行统计学处理。结果 :无论是慢速收缩还是快速收缩 ,闭链测试结果同开链测试结果明显不同。结论 :闭链对屈膝肌的力负荷较开链时小 ,是一种安全、可靠的康复方法。
Objective: To observe the effects of open-chain and closed-chain tests on the isokinetic test of knee flexors and extensors, and to provide a theoretical basis for the further application of closed-chain in clinical practice. Methods: By using the BIODEX multi-joint constant-speed test and rehabilitation system and the provided closed-chain attachments, the effects of open-chain and closed-chain tests on the isokinetic test of healthy male knee flexors and extensors were compared. The peak torque (PT) Torque (PT / BW), time to peak torque (TPT), total work (TW), relative total work (TW / BW) and mean power (AP) were calculated and the results were statistically analyzed using the paired t-test. Results: The results of the closed-chain test were significantly different from those of the open-chain test, whether it was slow or rapid contraction. Conclusion: The closed chain on knee flexor muscle force load is smaller than the open chain, is a safe and reliable rehabilitation methods.
