职业经理人是公司化链条中的执行环节。随着这个链条的不断延展,一个新的阶层开始出现我从事饭店行业十年,当时进入这个行业却有些偶然。南开大学硕士毕业后,我进入国家旅游局,负责市场调研并协助组织季节性的大型促销活动。那时候二十五六岁,比较年轻,并没有太多想法,只是不太喜欢政府机关的工作,觉得在一个国际化的企业中会得到更多锻炼,学到更多东西。
