目的 研究原发性肝癌 (肝癌 )切除后经门静脉化学药物治疗 (下称化疗 )配合高压氧治疗 ,血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (solubleinterleukin 2receptor,sIL 2R)、超氧化物歧化酶 (total superox idedismutase,T SOD及manganese superoxidedismutase ,Mn SOD)的活性变化。方法 肝癌患者 2 8例在2 5atm(atmosphereabsolute)高压氧状态下 (hyperbaricoxygen ,HBO组 )和 2 6例在通常状态下 (非HBO组 ) ,采用FMC(fluorouracil,mitomycin ,carboplastin ,FMC)方案经门静脉化疗 ,在化疗前及化疗后 1周 (化疗前后 )抽取外周静脉血分别以双抗体夹心ELISA法测定sIL 2R及黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清T SOD、Mn SOD活性含量。结果 HBO组化疗前后比较 ,血清sIL 2R、T SOD及Mn SOD变化不明显 (P >0 0 5 ) ;非HBO组化疗后与HBO组化疗后比较 ,sIL 2R ,T SOD及Mn SOD变化明显 (分别t=5 735 ,P <0 0 1;t=5 837,P <0 0 1及t=8 32 6 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 肝癌切除后的门静脉化疗辅以高压氧 ,有助于改善机体的免疫功能及减少组织的损伤。在肝癌切除后的综合治疗将起到积极作用。
Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein chemical therapy (hereinafter referred to as chemotherapy), serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R), superoxide dismutase (total superox idedismutase, T SOD and manganese superoxidedismutase, Mn SOD) activity changes. Methods Twenty-eight patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were treated with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) at 25 atmospheres and 26 patients under general anesthesia (non-HBO group) underwent FMC (fluorouracil, mitomycin, carboplastin, FMC) Chemotherapy. Peripheral venous blood was collected before chemotherapy and 1 week after chemotherapy (before and after chemotherapy). The levels of serum T SOD and Mn SOD were determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA and sIL 2R and xanthine oxidase. Results The levels of sIL 2R, T SOD and Mn SOD in HBO group were not significantly different before and after chemotherapy (P 0 05). The levels of sIL 2R, T SOD and Mn SOD in HBO group were significantly higher than those in HBO group Respectively, t = 5 735, P <0 0 1; t = 5 837, P <0 0 1 and t = 8 32 6, P <0 0 1). Conclusions Portal vein chemotherapy after hepatocellular carcinoma resection is supplemented with hyperbaric oxygen, which helps to improve the body’s immune function and reduce tissue damage. Comprehensive treatment of liver cancer after resection will play a positive role.
