随着中国开放程度越来越高,和世界的经贸联系也越来越紧密,中国的对外依存度依然在提高。贸易自由化的道路上,不仅仅是参与了国际分工,而且中国的付出的成本和获得的收益问题也逐渐成为一个值得探讨的问题。贸易自由化对国内劳动力在诸如工资水平、福利待遇、工作时间、劳动强度的影响也受到越来越多人们的关注。本文就是对贸易自由化与劳动力需求弹性关系的国内外研究的进展和概况做出了综述,揭示了贸易自由化从三个方面影响着劳动力参与国际分工,一是劳动力需求弹性,二是雇佣关系的改变,三是就业和收入不稳定因素。这些因素的变动对非熟练和熟练劳动力影响的差异,关系的社会收入分配和社会稳定因素,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
With the opening up of China to higher and higher levels, its economic and trade ties with the world are getting closer and closer, and China’s foreign dependence is still on the rise. Trade liberalization is not only a matter of participating in the international division of labor, but also the issue of China’s costs and benefits that have been earned. This has gradually become a question worth exploring. The impact of trade liberalization on domestic labor force such as wages, benefits, working hours and labor intensity is also receiving more and more attention. This article summarizes the progress and general situation of domestic and foreign studies on the relationship between trade liberalization and labor demand elasticity. It reveals that trade liberalization affects the participation of labor force in international division of labor in three aspects. One is the elasticity of labor demand and the other is the employment relationship The third is employment and income instability. The influence of the change of these factors on the unskilled and skilled labor, the relationship between social income distribution and social stability have important theoretical and practical significance.
