目的:观察清脂益肝汤与肝病治疗仪联合治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的临床疗效与应用价值。方法:选择本院2013年1月至2015年1月接收的NAFLD患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用西药疗法,治疗组采用清脂益肝汤联合肝病治疗仪进行治疗,比较两组患者的血清学指标变化和治疗有效率。结果:(1)治疗后,与对照组血清学指标对比,治疗组血清学指标明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)与对照组治疗有效率67%对比,治疗组治疗有效率93%明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合肝病治疗仪治疗NAFLD具有显著的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and application of Qingzhi Yigan Decoction combined with treatment of liver disease in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods: A total of 60 NAFLD patients from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Qingzhi Yigan Decoction combined with liver disease Instrument for treatment, comparing the two groups of patients with serological changes and treatment efficiency. Results: (1) After treatment, compared with the control group serological indicators, serum serological indicators were significantly lower in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); (2) compared with the control group 67% Group 93% of the effective rate was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with liver disease treatment of NAFLD has a significant effect.
