理想的课堂是鲜活、灵动的,是师生共同成长的舞台。要让课堂灵动起来,必须关注教师、学生和教材这三个课堂教学中的重要因素。教材是相对静止的,需要教师通过教学彰显其生命力,教师的知识水平、教学素养、精神状态往往决定着课堂教学的效果。学生以什么样的知识基拙、学习状态投入学习活动,将直接影响着教学的实际效果。学生之间存在着客观差异,这决定了课堂是动态生成的,只有动态生成的课堂才可能是灵动的。
The ideal classroom is fresh, agile, is a stage for teachers and students to grow together. To make the classroom smart, we must pay attention to teachers, students and teaching materials of the three important factors in classroom teaching.
