一、引言国际金融中心是金融企业集聚的地理场所,其主要功能是促进国际间的资本融通,是投资者进入国际金融市场的平台。按照功能,现有的国际金融中心大致分为实力功能型、代收集资型和簿记服务型三种。以开曼、巴哈马为代表的簿记服务型金融中心和以香港、新加坡为代表代收集资型金融中心显然不符合中国对上海的期望,上海需要打造成一个依托中国经济、服务中国经济、发展中国经济的实体功能型金融中心。
I. INTRODUCTION International financial centers are geographies where financial enterprises gather. Their main function is to promote international capital flows and provide investors with access to international financial markets. According to the function, the existing international financial centers can be roughly divided into three functional categories: collection of capital and bookkeeping services on the generation. The bookkeeping service financial centers represented by Cayman and the Bahamas and the collection of capital-based financial centers represented by Hong Kong and Singapore obviously do not meet the expectation of China to Shanghai. Shanghai needs to create a relying on China’s economy, serving the Chinese economy and developing China Economic entity functional financial center.
