尽管写实油画面临重重压力,但写实油画也有其明显的特殊性。比如形象表述的直接和视觉上的真实性,这对于将近百年历史的中国油画而言,更有利于在世界绘画平台上建树形象,一张生动的中国面庞已无需再说明它的中国性。何况在艺术趣味、色彩、结构等各个方面都可充分展示其特有的中国文化特质。相反,抽象也好,表现也好凡此种种,西方人已经使其西方化、国际化了。一张纯抽象的色块,没有文字相辅,它已没有实际的文化特性。
Although realistic oil painting faces heavy pressure, realistic oil painting also has its own distinct characteristics. A piece of pure abstract color, without text complementarity, it has no actual cultural identity.
