目的了解小儿手足口病超敏C反应蛋白和免疫球蛋白的临床检验水平变化。方法选择该院2015年8月—2017年2月接收的小儿手足口病4 650例,将其作为研究组,同时选同期4 000名健康小儿作参照组,均对其检测机体超敏C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白水平,对2组检验结果展开比对。结果研究组发病初期的免疫球蛋白A型、G型水平,均比参照组低(P<0.05);而免疫球蛋白M型、超敏C反应蛋白水平,均比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论临床对小儿手足口病患者展开各项检验工作时,经检验机体疫球蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白水平,可充分明确该病发病情况,临床价值较高。
Objective To understand the clinical changes of Hypersensitive C-reactive protein and immunoglobulin in hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods A total of 4 650 HFMD cases received in the hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study group and 4 000 healthy children during the same period as the reference group. Protein, immunoglobulin levels, the two groups of test results were compared. Results The levels of immunoglobulin A and G in the early stage of the study group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05), while the immunoglobulin M and hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels were higher in the study group than in the reference group (P <0.05) ). Conclusion Clinical tests on children with hand-foot-mouth disease test, the test of the body’s immunoglobulin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels, can be fully clear the incidence of the disease, the clinical value is higher.
