患男,11岁,于20天前,从高处摔下,右膝关节肿胀、疼痛、伴高热,经当地对症治疗。于1988年9月9日右膝关节切开引流,排出脓汁约500ml。经治疗,患者仍持续高热。于当月18日转我院。查体:T38.5℃,P138次/分,BP110/40mmHg,R30次/分,神志清楚烦躁不安,面色苍自,唇干。骨科所见:右膝关节上下肿胀,压痛明显,右膝关节外则上下各见一切口已缝合。经庆大霉素,卡那霉素,输血300ml,病情恶化,于翌日以脓毒血症死亡。实验室检查:Hb6g％,WBC 2300,
