目的 :为医生自身素质的不断完善和领导从宏观角度上加强目标管理提供科学依据。方法 :综合指数法。结果 :与实际情况基本吻合 ,综合指数法适合对临床医生工作质量的评价。结论 :综合指数法对医疗质量进行评价 ,比通常从整体出发了解医疗质量高低更具有优越性
Purpose: To provide scientific basis for the continuous improvement of doctors’ own quality and leadership in strengthening the management of goals from a macro perspective. Method: Comprehensive index method. Results: Basically consistent with the actual situation, comprehensive index method is suitable for the evaluation of clinical doctors’ work quality. Conclusion: The comprehensive index method to evaluate the quality of medical care is superior to the general understanding of the quality of medical care.
