本文从理论上阐明了“提供专用性公共品是企业存在的根本原因”的观点,企业专用性公共品一般包括公共的专用性基础设施或生产设施、集体产权、统一的决策指挥、统一的利益冲突协调机制和共有的组织资本等,但有时只需具备公共的基础设施或生产设施以及统一的利益冲突协调机制就能够使企业存在,本文通过一个大型超市的案例实证了这一观点。这一观点不仅有助于深化人们对企业性质问题的认识.而且对于构建各种新型组织形式具有重要的参考价值。从提供通用性或专用性公共品及其实现的目的角度而言,企业与政府既具有一定的差异性,也具有一定的相似性,认识到这一点,不但有助于深化对企业性质的认识,而且可以重新解读政府。
This paper theoretically expounds the view that “providing special public goods is the root cause of the existence of enterprises ”.
