安定注射液是常用的安定药,注射液中除含安定主要成分外,常含有丙二醇、苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠等附加成分。其中苯甲醇钠对直接测定安定含量有影响。上海药品标准~[1]的方法需经分离,然后用非水滴定。操作繁琐,易引起测定误差,上海第十三制药厂改进后的紫外分光光度法,仍需分离后测定。本文采用一阶导数光谱法~[2],消除了附加成分对安定测定的干扰,提供了快速简便的测定方法。
Anding injection is commonly used stability drugs, injection containing stability in addition to the main components, often containing propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate and other additional ingredients.
