当金属在对热加工工序有意义的应变速度和温度下形变时,所有的金属都经历着加工硬化和动恢复,某些还可能经历动再结晶。这些过程所产生的显微组织是不稳定的。当在形变终止后的温度保温时,由干静恢复、静再结晶和晶粒长大而使组织发生进一步地变化。在热加工工序中,轧制过程中和道次间发生的动、静组织变化相互影响,决定着总的组织变化。
When the metal is deformed at strain rates and temperatures that are significant to the hot working process, all of the metal undergoes work-hardening and dynamic recovery, some of which may also undergo recrystallization. The microstructure produced by these processes is not stable. When holding at a post-deformation temperature, the tissue undergoes further changes due to dry recovery, static recrystallization and grain growth. In the hot working process, the dynamic and static structural changes that occur during the rolling process and between the passes influence each other and determine the total organizational change.
