引入高职院校学生专业实训阶段思想政治理论课实践教学的“叠加教学”概念,厘清了“叠加教学”的组织管理流程。对这一流程中各部门的业务与责任分工、及需要重点关注的问题进行了分析。指出“叠加教学”的实施保障机制包括教学管理、实践基地、经费等方面。
This paper introduces the concept of “superposition teaching” in the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course in the vocational training phase of vocational colleges, and clarifies the organization and management process of “superposition teaching”. The division of duties and responsibilities among various departments in this process and the issues that need to be focused on are analyzed. It points out that the implementation guarantee mechanism of “superposition teaching” includes teaching management, practice base and funding.
