东莞群思工程是中外合资工程,第一期工程主要包括主厂房、行政楼、两栋宿舍、设备房、水池、油库等十七个项目3万平方米。主要产品为录音电话、电子遥控器等电子类产品,对环境及对建筑形式的要求比较高。 总平面设计以厂方提供的功能分区初步构想为主要根据,再根据消防及各单体建筑的构图需要,用连廊进行有序的空间组织。总图不仅考虑单体的布置,而且对厂区的绿化、消防、货柜车的回转,以及装卸区、室外加工区都进行了详细的考虑。宿舍和厂区的分隔处理也十分自然和美观。使用单位评价:工程设计总的印象很好,布局紧凑谐调,形式新颖大方,功能齐全实用,环境舒适爽目。
Dongguan Qusi Project is a Sino-foreign joint venture project.
