教育公平一方面指人人享有平等的受教育权和义务,另一方面指教育机会和条件平等。分层教学指教育者要针对学生的个性差异,选择适合学生的方法因材施教。二者看似是矛盾的,其实不然,教育公平和分层教学的最终目的相同,在实施过程中二者相辅相成,实现分层教学实际上就是教育公平的体现。本文针对这两个话题进行阐述,将分层教学具体化。
On the one hand, education fair means that everyone has equal right to education and obligation; on the other hand, education opportunities and conditions are equal. Hierarchical teaching refers to the educators should be based on the individual differences between students, choose the appropriate method of teaching students according to their aptitude. The two seemingly contradictory, it is not true, the ultimate goal of education fair and layered teaching the same, in the implementation process, the two complement each other, to achieve a hierarchical teaching is actually a manifestation of education fair. This article elaborates on these two topics and details the layered teaching.
