从全国股份转让系统正式揭牌运营到2014年1月正好一周年。在这个特殊的日子,1月24日,“新三板”扩容后首批260余家企业在北京集体举行挂牌仪式,其中,不少挂牌的企业更是以IPO的标准进行准备。与此同时,2月27日,由科技部火炬中心、全国中小企业股份转让系统公司主办的“全国股转系统战略合作签署仪式暨国家高新区全国股份转让系统经验交流会”在苏州高新区召开。科技部火炬中心党委书记、常务副主任张志宏,全国股份转让系统公司董事长杨晓嘉以及全国107家国家高新区代表出席会议。
From the official opening of the national share transfer system to January 2014 just a week. At the same time, February 27, sponsored by Torch Center of Ministry of Science and Technology, National Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Share Transfer System Company, “Signing Ceremony of National Stock Transfer System Strategic Cooperation and Experience Sharing Conference of National Hi-tech Zone National Share Transfer System” District held. Zhang Zhihong, party secretary and executive deputy director of the torch center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Yang Xiaojia, chairman of the board of directors of National Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. and representatives of 107 high-tech zones nationwide attended the meeting.
