目的：测定２种工艺制备的归脾丸溶出度，以此作为考核制备工艺的一项指标。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以阿魏酸含量为指标，测定其溶出度。结果：２种工艺制备的归脾丸其Ｔ５０之间差异有显著性。
