1962年 Simon 和 Bouting 应用地高辛(Digoxin)内服方法,治疗16例单纯性青光眼和5例先天性青光眼,证明有明显降眼压作用。但1964年 Peczon 报告应用地高辛、洋地黄毒苷与洋地黄等三种强心甙治疗14例青光眼的结果,眼压并无明显下降,认为并无临床应用价值。我们自1963年以来,曾应用两种强心甙(地高辛和洋地黄)治疗慢性单纯性、慢性充血性和继发性青光眼共30例,证明确有一定的降眼压作用,在应用方法
In 1962, Simon and Bouting used digoxin to treat 16 cases of simple glaucoma and 5 cases of congenital glaucoma, demonstrating a significant ocular hypotensive effect. But 1964 Peczon report of digoxin, digoxin and digitalis three kinds of cardiac glycosides in the treatment of 14 cases of glaucoma results, intraocular pressure and no significant decline, that there is no clinical value.
