目的:通过小鼠拘束应激模型,研究淡竹叶总黄酮对拘束应激负荷小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:利用Hp20大孔吸附树脂对淡竹叶提取物经不同浓度乙醇洗脱后得到淡竹叶总黄酮。观测淡竹叶总黄酮125,250,500mg·kg-1连续ig5d,对拘束应激18h后致急性肝损伤模型小鼠血浆中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性、抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)、肝组织中ORAC、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果:与模型组相比,淡竹叶总黄酮可以明显降低小鼠血浆ALT活性、肝组织的MDA含量和NO含量,显著提高血浆和肝组织的抗氧化能力指数。结论:淡竹叶总黄酮对拘束负荷引起小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effects of total flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens on liver injury induced by restraint stress in mice by restraint stress model. Methods: Hp20 macroporous resin was used to elute light bamboo leaves with different concentrations of ethanol to obtain the total flavonoids of bamboo leaves. The total flavonoids of Phyllostachys pubescens leaves were observed at 125, 250 and 500 mg · kg-1 for ig for 5 d, and ALT activity, antioxidant capacity (ORAC), liver tissue In the ORAC, malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) content. Results: Compared with the model group, the total flavonoids of Phyllostachys pubescens leaves could significantly decrease the plasma ALT activity, the content of MDA and the content of NO in liver tissue, and significantly increase the antioxidant capacity index of plasma and liver tissue. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Phyllostachys pubescens have a protective effect on acute liver injury induced by restraint load in mice.
