基础教育一直是我国的根基,但是随着基础教育课程改革的逐步实施,使得传统的教学模式越来越显现不足。在班级的集体授课形式下,学生对于英语的学习逐渐成了一种负担,始终处于被动学习的状态。教学中所说的因材施教也没有得到较好体现,本文将提出初中英语的教学现状并运用道尔顿制教学组织形式来辅助初中英语教学,培养学生的自主学习能力,提高英语口语能力,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,把学生所谓的负担变成一种兴趣。
