大型高强冲压模具消失模成型的关键技术开发与产业化

汽车及制造装备核心部件设计与生产是国家产业政策支持的重点方向.汽车车身大型覆盖件相对于其他覆盖件,具有轻薄、形状复杂、尺寸大等特点,常采用模具冲压成型,但模具存在选材不当会导致寿命缩短的风险.国内外实践证明,消失模铸造在生产汽车铸件方面有着巨大的发展潜力.同时,在消失模铸造技术发展的过程中,存在以下共性技术问题:铸件所使用的可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒(EPS)含碳量高达92%,易产生增碳、黑渣等缺陷;EPS模样在浇注时裂解成苯、甲苯等有害气体产物,造成环境污染;负压条件下,大型铸件凝固和冷却过程缓慢、铸件晶粒粗大、组织致密度低,导致力学性能下降.
