应用负染色,超薄切片等电镜制样技术,结合病毒分离提纯方法,对云南省各烟区烟草病毒病植株及马铃薯病毒病植株进行了电镜检测分析,观察到五种类似烟草病毒病原的分离物。从烟草花叶病叶中检测出类似烟草花叶病毒(TMV)及黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)的分离物,从烟草蚀纹病叶中检测出类似烟草蚀纹病毒(TEV)的分离物,在马铃薯小叶病叶及蓝叶病叶中检测出类似马铃薯病毒Y(PVY)、烟草脆裂病毒(TRV)的分离物。首次从形态学上证实了上述病原或病原所属组成员在这一地区的存在。
