《中国期刊引证报告》和《中国期刊高被引指数》是依托中国科学技术信息研究所国家工程技术数字图书馆“知识服务”系统,在“万方数据——数字化期刊群”基础上,结合中国科技论文与引文数据库(CSTPCD),以我国正式出版的各学科6063种中英文期刊为统计源期刊,对全部期刊的引文数据进行规范化处理,经统计分析编制而成。可以定量评价期刊的相互影响和相互作用,正确评估某种期刊在科学交流体系中的作用和地位,是评估期刊发展状况的重要参考依据。
The Citation Report of Chinese Journals and China Census Highly Cited Index rely on the National Engineering and Technology Digital Library of China Institute of Science and Technology Information Service, Based on the Chinese Science Papers and Citation Database (CSTPCD), with 6063 Chinese and English journals in various disciplines published in China as the statistical source periodicals, the citation data of all the periodicals are standardized and processed, and the statistics are compiled. It can quantitatively evaluate the mutual influence and interaction of periodicals and correctly assess the role and position of certain periodicals in the system of scientific exchange. It is an important reference for evaluating the development of periodicals.
