目的:通过对本院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者治疗方法开展讨论,总结科学处理方式。方法:对31例老年慢性支气管炎病例治疗情况进行分析,结合文献资料,明确处置方案。结论:在老年慢性支气管炎治疗过程中,要开展科学诊断,结合病例的病情,运用针对性强的抗菌药物开展治疗,治疗方式应当注重综合对症支持治疗,其中应用抗生素是较为关键的因素。
Objective: To discuss the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital and summarize the scientific treatment methods. Methods: 31 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were analyzed, combined with the literature, a clear solution. Conclusion: In the process of elderly chronic bronchitis, to carry out scientific diagnosis, combined with the case of the disease, the use of targeted antimicrobial drugs for treatment, treatment should focus on comprehensive symptomatic and supportive care, of which the application of antibiotics is more critical factors.
