本文观察了36例脑萎缩患者和29例对照组的大脑皮层局部脑血流量(rCBF),同时测定了血糖、血脂和血粘度的变化,结果表明:脑萎缩组rCBF明显低于对照组(P<0.01);全血粘度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),甘油三酯高于对照组,血糖偏于正常值低限。相关分析发现rCBF与全血比粘度呈负相关(r=0.337,P<0.05)。提示rCBF下降及血液生化异常可能先于痴呆的发生,而提高rCBF、降低血粘度及甘油三酯对于防治脑萎缩、推迟痴呆的出现可能具有重要意义。
The cerebral cortex regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) was measured in 36 patients with brain atrophy and 29 controls. The changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and blood viscosity were also measured. The results showed that the rCBF in brain atrophy group was significantly lower than that in control group <0.01). The whole blood viscosity was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The level of triglyceride was higher than that of the control group. Correlation analysis revealed a negative correlation between rCBF and whole blood viscosity (r = 0.337, P <0.05). Tip rCBF decreased blood biochemical abnormalities may precede the occurrence of dementia, and to improve rCBF, lower blood viscosity and triglycerides for the prevention and treatment of brain atrophy, delay the appearance of dementia may be of great significance.
