目的:测定珠海市2012~2013年登革病毒的E基因序列,探讨其来源和基因型。方法:采集2012~2013年珠海登革热疑似病例的所急性期血清184份,采用荧光RT-PCR检测登革病毒核酸,取19份登革病毒核酸阳性标本扩增E基因并测序分型。结果:16例标本属于DVⅠ型,3例标本属于DVⅡ型。DVⅠ型同源性与2008年新加坡、越南等地DVⅠ型流行株接近,DVⅡ型同源性与2013年新加坡、马来西亚等地DVⅡ型流行株接近。结论:2012~2013年珠海市DV流行主要以Ⅰ型为主,近几年珠海市DV流行方式属于东南亚国家输入性病例引起的本地流行。
Objective: To determine the sequence of dengue virus E gene in Zhuhai from 2012 to 2013, and to explore its origin and genotype. Methods: 184 cases of acute phase of suspected dengue fever in Zhuhai from 2012 to 2013 were collected. Fluorescent RT-PCR was used to detect dengue virus nucleic acid. Nineteen dengue virus positive samples were amplified and sequenced. Results: Sixteen specimens belonged to DV Ⅰ type and three specimens belonged to DV Ⅱ type. DV I homology was close to DV I epidemic strains in Singapore, Vietnam and other places in 2008, and DV II homology was close to DV II epidemic strains in Singapore, Malaysia and other places in 2013. Conclusion: The epidemic of DV mainly belonged to type I in Zhuhai from 2012 to 2013. In recent years, the epidemic of DV in Zhuhai belonged to the endemic cases caused by imported patients in Southeast Asian countries.
