目的观察二甲双胍联合胰岛素降糖治疗的临床价值。方法选取2015年3月-2016年3月医院收治的糖尿病患者54例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组27例。对照组采用胰岛素进行降糖治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素进行降糖治疗。结果治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及胰岛素的使用量均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论二甲双胍联合胰岛素进行降糖治疗,效果优于单纯采用胰岛素治疗,医护人员可根据患者的具体情况合理使用。
Objective To observe the clinical value of metformin combined with insulin hypoglycemic therapy. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 54 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with insulin for hypoglycemic treatment. The observation group was treated with metformin combined with insulin for hypoglycemic treatment. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, hemoglobin A1c and insulin levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Metformin combined with insulin hypoglycemic treatment, the effect is better than simply using insulin treatment, health care workers can be based on the specific circumstances of patients and rational use.
