有调查数据显示:目有仅有18.86%的应届毕业生找到与专业完全相对口的工作;37.26%的学生所学专业和职业有所联系;44.06%的专业完全不对口。与此相反的是,找不到专业对口的员工却也是不少企业人事的症结。舞蹈行业内同样存在着这样的问题,很多舞蹈毕业生由于年龄上的限制,做舞蹈老师成为最好的选择,而更多的是选掸了与专业并不相关的职业。而从事舞蹈行业的管理者们却在为找不到合适的人而苦恼。
According to the survey data, only 18.86% of fresh graduates find jobs that are completely relative to their major, 37.26% of students have learned jobs and occupations, and 44.06% of professions are completely different. In contrast, employees who can not find a professional counterpart are also the crux of many corporate personnel. There is also such a problem in the dance industry. Many dance graduates are the best choice for dance teachers because of their age limitations. Mostly, they choose their jobs that are not related to their major. And dancers in the dance industry are distressed for not finding the right person.
