中国经济站在了新的历史起点上,面临着新的挑战,也迈入了一个更具挑战性的阶段。而步入“新常态”的中国经济的主要任务是通过创新,寻求新的增长点。创新不仅需要号召,更需要一系列的制度支持。这个制度安排的核心是平等竞争的、能给人民提供无限机会的市场经济。新常态必须有新思维,要改变长期在计划经济,行政干预下形成的思维习惯,使之与新常态相适应是十分迫切的。
At a new historical starting point, the Chinese economy is facing new challenges and has entered a more challenging phase. The main task of the Chinese economy, which has stepped into the “new normal”, is to find new growth points through innovation. Innovation requires not only call but also a series of institutional support. At the heart of this institutional arrangement is an equally competitive market economy that offers its people unlimited opportunities. The new normal must have new thinking. It is imperative to change the long-term thinking habit formed under the planned economy and administrative intervention and adapt it to the new normal.
