新课标的课程理念是面向全体学生,提高生物科学素养、倡导探究性学习,注重与现实生活的联系。重视培养学生创新精神﹑探究能力和实践能力,更强调学习是一个主动建构知识、发展能力、形成正确的情感态度与价值观,增强对自然和社会的责任感的过程。目前中学正在全面实施新课程改革,为生物学科教学的发展带来了前所未有的机遇.现从我县生物基础教学中存在的问题和原因着手分析,并针对问题提出对策。
Curriculum concept of the new curriculum is for all students, improve the quality of biological sciences, promote inquiry learning, pay attention to the connection with the real life. Emphasis is placed on cultivating students’ innovative spirit, exploring ability and practical ability, and emphasizing that learning is a process of actively constructing knowledge, developing abilities, forming correct emotional attitudes and values, and enhancing the sense of responsibility to nature and society. At present, secondary schools are implementing the new curriculum reform in an all-round way, bringing unprecedented opportunities for the development of biology teaching.According to the existing problems and causes in biology basic teaching in our county, we start with the countermeasures.
