讨论了盾构机液压推进系统控制回路的结构、功能及工作原理。利用键合图理论建立了推进工况的动态模型,并得到状态方程。通过求解状态方程,对盾构液压推进系统控制回路的响应进行了数值仿真,分析其动态性能,并讨论了参数的变化对系统响应的影响。
The structure, function and working principle of the control loop of hydraulic propulsion system of shield machine are discussed. Using the bond graph theory, a dynamic model of propulsion condition is established and the equation of state is obtained. By solving the equation of state, the response of the control loop of the shield hydraulic propulsion system is numerically simulated and its dynamic performance is analyzed. The influence of the parameter variation on the system response is also discussed.
