恶性肿瘤已成为我国城乡居民的主要死因之一,肿瘤登记是肿瘤防治的基础工作内容之一,可为肿瘤的病因研究和防治提供科学依据。而肿瘤登记报告卡的质量直接影响肿瘤发病、死亡等基线信息及进一步的分析。目前我国肿瘤登记工作虽然积累了一定的经验,但肿瘤登记过程中存在的一些影响肿瘤登记报告卡质量的问题必须引起重视,文章简要介绍了国内外肿瘤登记的现状以及我国目前肿瘤登记所存在的问题,讨论了肿瘤登记报告卡各环节的质量控制措施,尤其是在登记过程中应用计算机信息网络技术的一些先进经验。
Malignancy has become one of the major causes of death of urban and rural residents in our country. Tumor registration is one of the basic contents of cancer prevention and treatment, which can provide a scientific basis for the study and prevention of cancer. The quality of TDR report directly affects baseline information such as tumor incidence and death and further analysis. At present, although our country’s tumor registration has accumulated some experience, there are some problems that affect the quality of the report card of tumor registration in the process of tumor registration. This article briefly introduces the current situation of tumor registration at home and abroad as well as the current status of tumor registration in our country Issues, discussed the quality control measures of all aspects of the TDR report card, especially some advanced experiences in applying the computer information network technology in the registration process.
