本研究以图书馆信息服务工作为中心,展开了著作权方面问题的研讨,在分析信息时代和著作权之间新联系的基础上,对图书馆信息服务中文献数字化、网络数据库、网络软件等环节产生的著作权问题进行了分析和研究,提供了加强图书馆信息服务著作权和知识产权教育,合理利用《著作权法》权限,应用新型技术保护著作权等对策,希望为图书馆信息服务工作中更好地体现信息时代特点,做好图书馆信息服务中著作权保护工作提供参考。
