本文是专门论述齿轮试验器的一些问题。它包括齿轮高速和大负荷的获得方式;闭合式循环采用液压加荷的优点;试件的设计方法;动负荷与速度、基距误差的关系;如何测量动负荷、齿轮效率、振动等问题。这里对整个试验器作了介绍(没有分析实验数据),对于一般齿轮试验器的设计和测量有一定的参考价值。 本试验器从方案选择直到设计成功,是许多同志共同劳动的结晶,由于受到篇幅限制,不能将全部的内容作详细介绍。同时其中定有遗漏不全,甚至错误的地方,请读者指正。
This article is devoted to discussing some of the problems with gear testers. It includes the way of obtaining gear high speed and large load; the advantage of hydraulic loading in closed cycle; the design method of test piece; the relationship between dynamic load and speed and base distance error; how to measure dynamic load, gear efficiency, vibration and so on. Here is the introduction of the entire tester (no analysis of experimental data), for the general gear tester design and measurement of a certain reference value. This test device, from the option selection to the successful design, is the result of the common efforts of many comrades. Due to space limitations, the entire content can not be described in detail. At the same time, there are some omissions, or even wrong place, please correct me.
