凸轮长期工作易造成接触疲劳破坏,初期呈现小麻点,随后出现片状剥落,表面发展成麻坑或痘疤状。某航空发动机的凸轮盘就是在很高的反复接触应力情况下发生疲劳损伤而出现片状剥落麻点的。针对这种状况,如何提高凸轮盘的接触疲劳强度,延长凸轮盘的使用寿命呢?我们采用了喷丸强化,收到了很好的效果,并用于了批生产。现作一简单介绍。 1.零件设计技术要求材料:12Cr2Ni4A 凸轮型面和齿型面渗碳:0.6~1.2毫米型面光洁度:▽9 硬度:型面HRC60~65 心部HRC35~44.5
