为探讨胃癌细胞中nm23蛋白表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系,作者采用链霉素生物素免疫组织化学方法检测了67例手术切除胃癌细胞中的nm23蛋白表达。结果:nm23蛋白在胃癌细胞中的表达阳性率为68.7%;在管状腺癌中的表达阳性率高于其余组织学类型(P<0.025);在高分化、中分化癌细胞中的表达阳性率高于低分化组(P<0.05);在无淋巴结转移的胃癌细胞中表达阳性率高于有淋巴结转移者;在癌组织浸及肌层的表达阳性率高于局限于粘膜或浸及粘膜下层及浆膜层者。上述结果表明,nm23蛋白表达与组织学类型、分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移均有关。
To investigate the relationship between nm23 protein expression and invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer in gastric cancer cells, the authors used streptomycin-biotin immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of nm23 protein in 67 surgically resected gastric cancer cells. Results: The positive expression rate of nm23 protein in gastric cancer cells was 68.7%. The positive rate of nm23 protein expression in tubular adenocarcinoma was higher than that of other histological types (P<0.025). In highly differentiated and moderately differentiated cancer cells. The positive rate of the expression was higher in the poorly differentiated group (P<0.05); the positive rate in the gastric cancer cells without lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the lymph node metastasis; Mucosal or submucosa and serosal layers. The above results indicate that the expression of nm23 protein is related to histological type, degree of differentiation, infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis.
