我国现行的房地产税费制度存在着税制繁复、税负不平等弊端。为规范房地产市场,充分发挥房地产税费的功能,应对现行的房地产税费制度进行改革,以保证房地产业健康有序地发展。
The current tax system of real estate in our country has the drawbacks of complicated tax system and inequitable tax burden. To standardize the real estate market, give full play to the real estate tax functions, the current system of real estate taxes and fees should be reformed to ensure the real estate industry healthy and orderly development.
