从水资源科学管理的角度出发,以郑州市为例,系统分析了研究区长期过量开采地下水,导致的一系列环境地质灾害,诸如浅层地下水污染、中深层地下水水位持续下降形成区域地下水降落漏斗并不断扩张、劣质水进入供水含水层、含水层疏干、供水井吊泵、泉水断流、地下建筑工程浸没、地面沉降和塌陷等;探讨了通过地下水渗流场的时空调控,优化地下水资源的时空开采量,使研究区内不合理开采地下水资源所引发的环境水文地质灾害减小到最低程度的技术措施.并对郑州市资源开发利用提出综合方案.
